There’s not real reason why it shouldn’t work, (apart from plug variants). The only problems you may have is compatibility with things you might be connecting to your TV, such as a sky box or video/dvd player/recorder, etc. However considering that its LG, a company that is a large retailer in both the US and the UK, and that its possible to but basically the same TV in the UK, i would strongly expect it to work.

In europe they use DVB PAL.
Thats it right there…
Unless you are planning to hook it up to a sky box and an inverter…..then no it will not work….
