Can anyone tell me what kind of antenna i will need to watch local Over the air channels.?

I went to www.antennaweb.org and it said i need a small multidirectional antenna and most of the channels were Yellow UHF, a few were yellow VHF.

Will i need to buy a expensive antenna? or can i buy a cheap priced one?
