Samsung Lcd HDTV?

1) What is your opinion on this model? Price is $949.00
2) If this TV has a DVI input connection. Do I need to buy a HDMI cable also? Or is the DVI connection pretty much the same? This is for the connection from Digital Cable Box to TV.
3) My Comcast HD Digital Cable Box only has DVI, and whole bunch of colored hole. They gave me a bag of cables that correspond(match) the colored holes in the back of the cable box.
