32′ LCD falt screen HDTV screen color problem with crispy images so low resolution, need help?

I have an HDTV 32′ LCD TV Model # VSC-32V1, I uses f-type connector (75 Ohm coaxial cable) (round). We use cable service from TIme Warner, No Digital cable due to cost of extra money for it per month.
