Bought the “Avermedia AverTV HD Volar USB 2.0 HDTV Tuner ATSC” but can’t get it too work?

When i go to install the driver from the website i download the package for 32bit vista but it’s not really for the 32bit version it’s for 64 and x86?? and both didn’t work.. Anybody know where i can download the real 32bit drivers so i can start using this product??
